Part Time Cleaner - Adventure Island Play Park

Adventure Island are looking to strengthen their successful team by appointing a part time Cleaner.

 

To join the Adventure Island team you should be an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual and team player, have a flexible approach to work and possess a pleasant and helpful demeanour and positive attitude. This role will require working on a shift rota basis which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Given the nature of the role a satisfactory enhanced DBS check is essential.

 

Ideally previous experience would be beneficial but training will be provided.

You should be a conscientious and hardworking person experienced in preparing company accounts, and all associated finance duties up to trial balance. AAT or recognised finance qualification and previous experience of Sage are essential.

For the Duty Manager position you must ideally have proven experience in a supervisory/ duty management role, have a passion for creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere that customers will want to be a part of and come back to. You should have a motivational approach to work and be able to lead a young team with direction and confidence.

 Salary £16,244 - £18,535* per annum

(*dependant upon qualifications and experience)

 Full time 39 hours per week

 Sentinel Leisure Trust require a General Maintenance Operative to carry out general maintenance and repairs across the range of leisure facilities it operates. You will be part of a team who respond to and undertake reactive and planned maintenance as required, including carpentry, plumbing and decoration. Experience in this type of role is essential. You would need to have a flexible approach to work as the role will require at times working some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A full driving licence is essential.

3 X APPRENTICE HEAD LEISURE ATTENDANT AT PHOENIX POOL & GYM

Hourly rate £4.54 per hour, plus staff benefits*.

 We are looking to appoint 3 Trainee Head leisure attendants at Phoenix Pool & Gym. To fulfil the requirements of this role you should be RLSS NPLQ qualified and have a passion for a career in the Leisure industry. You will study for an NVQ level 2 in Leisure Operations, you will also receive first aid and health & safety training, mentoring from existing senior staff, and there may also be opportunities to broaden your knowledge of different areas of the business.

You should be a motivated individual and team player, be confident when dealing with the public, have a flexible approach to work, and possess a pleasant and helpful demeanour and positive attitude. The role requires working on a shift rota basis which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Initially you will be issued with a fixed term contract for 12 months. On successfully completing your apprenticeship we may be able to offer continued employment, depending on vacancy availability.

For Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre we are seeking the following positions;

WATER SPORTS INSTRUCTORS (Sailing and Paddlesports)

and

SENIOR WATER SPORTS INSTRUCTORS (Sailing and Paddlesports), CASUAL, PART TIME AND FULL TIME FIXED TERM POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

We are looking for Instructors who are enthusiastic, motivated and will become part of our friendly staff team. Previous experience and qualifications in the outdoors and working with children will be beneficial.

You will be responsible for ensuring all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience at OBSWC. Your main duties will be to supervise the water sports activities, oversee the day to day operation of the instructed activities, take on responsibility for equipment monitoring and maintenance and to act as a role model/mentor for the children.

Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.

Casual climbing instructors

7.38 or £7.83 per hour (dependant upon age) as at 1st April 2018

 You will be responsible for ensuring all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience on the climbing wall or bouldering cave, guiding them and ensuring all are harnessed correctly and using the wall in a correct and safe manner.

You should ideally have experience of climbing and hold a CWA certificate of competence*.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (formerly CRB) is necessary for both positions.
