LIFEGUARD wanted for Bungay Pool and Gym

- 39 hours per week, up to £15,210.00 pa

- National Pool Lifeguard Qualified

- Previous Lifeguard experience

- Previous first aid experience

- Experience of working within a team environment

- Experience of working within a customer lead environment

- Health & Safety responsibility

- free use of all our facilities in the group including 5 gyms, 6 pools, 5 saunas, 2 steam rooms, 2 soft play areas and fitness classes or sports/squash if they are available when you want to use them, not forgetting discounted activities such as swimming lessons and parties

- great long term benefits for annual leave, sick leave and others schemes such as bike to work schemes

- great opportunities for developing yourself with free NVQs and other work based qualifications

FULL TIME HEAD LIFEGUARD at Phoenix Pool and Gym

- 39 hours per week, up to £15,2100.00 pa (higher rates of pay once training is completed and you are covering the duty manager)

- National Pool Lifeguard Qualified

- Previous Lifeguard experience

Duty Manager at Marina Leisure Centre

You will be directly responsible to the Operations Manager and assist in the management of the performance of Marina Leisure Centre and the achievement of Sentinel Leisure Trust’s (SLT) Business Plan.

More specifically you will be responsible for the daily operation and day to day management of the facility.

As Duty Manager, when on shift you will be responsible for the whole facility, its services, staff and customers.

Previous and substantial experience of supervising/team leading/managing in a leisure centre environment.

- Experience and evidence of managing staff

- Experience of direct budget management and reporting

- Able to work within and develop a team environment

- Evidence of excellent customer care standards

- Experience of working within a customer led environment  

- Health & Safety responsibility
